A three-townhome  project, Ironwood was built in the exclusive Depot neighborhood adjacent to the San Miguel River in Telluride. With Finbro’s extensive knowledge of winter construction, dewatering and understanding of the neighborhood, the project was built on time and on budget despite a late season start.

Designed by Jack Wesson Architects, each of the three residences has four bedrooms and several luxury features, including elevators encased in glass and wraparound stairs. 

The 13,000+ s.f. project was completed in June 2016 and all three units were sold by mid-November of that same year for approximately $3 to $3.3 million apiece.
