South Pine Street included a 5,000 s.f. residence and a street-level 500 s.f. commercial space with zero setbacks between the neighboring buildings requiring fire resistive construction. The home includes a world-class view of Ingram Falls that is complemented with world-class interior finishes and a glass elevator. 

The building was designed by dh Architecture and completed in 2019 ahead of schedule and under budget.
