The first phase of the Transfer Telluride Project broke ground on Pacific Avenue in late 2015 with a 12,000 s.f. building now known as the Arthouse, and often referred to locally as the "Southeast Corner." The building is home to two luxury townhomes, a 1,200 s.f. ground floor commercial space and a 1,000 s.f. locals’ deed-restricted unit. The project was completed in August of 2017.

Each townhome, referred to as Arthouse 1 and 2, features five bedrooms with 10 foot-plus ceilings. They were listed for sale by Telluride Properties for just under $6 million each. When completed, the commercial unit was quickly leased to a unique pet supply store.

With the Arthouse construction underway and ahead of schedule, Finbro Construction was awarded the contract for the second phase of construction, which included the historical structure and buildings spanning the entire block of South Fir Street, from San Juan to Pacific Avenue.
